Just as you assumed, this lovely Let’s Get Deep questions PDF file starts with the instructions sheet, to explain everything about how the gameplay goes.
So, the ideal way is to divide cards into their designated decks and draw 1 Ice Breaker, 2 Deep, and 2 Deeper cards each round. You read your questions, and your partner answers them. However, you could mix the three decks as well and play as one, or, use your preferred decks only. It’s all up to you.
