The Rules
Stir The Pot is one of the simplest games to play, however, we thought of sharing a rules page as well, so that everything is as clear as possible.
The game can be played by three to twenty or more people, but the main rule is that they must be 17 or older. One player starts first, reading a card to themselves and then showing it to the player to their left. This other player must read the card to themselves, again, and then point to whoever this card they think matches best.
Then, this player flips the ‘Tell-Don’t Tell’ token, and depending on what it lands on, the active player tells the group about the card, or not. The good thing? There’s no winning or losing!
The Cards
Cards of Stir The Pot have the most basic design ever, and the main attention is paid to the content. The mass of the cards doesn’t use any dirty words, however, the prompts and their meanings are not appropriate for people who are younger than 17.
You can just play using a phone or another screen, but we always prefer printing them out. They’re made for A4 paper, with 9 cards per page. If you decide to do the latter, follow our printing guide for the best possible results.
Also, bear in mind that this is not made by the official creators of the physical copy (the same people who made What Do You Meme). However, this digital version, made by EditionCards, contains a considerable amount of cards, inspired from the original copy.
However, if you want to get the full deck, which is absolutely worth it, you might order the game from the official site of Relatable.
